Présentation
Qu'ils soient gagnant ou perdant, tout le monde se souviendra du passage de Lordi au Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2006. Venus de la Lapponie, Lordi est devenu un phénomène en Finlande avec leur premier album Get heavy (Deviens lourd). Cet album, devenu disque de platine, était le premier d'une série de best sellers : The monsterican dream (Le rêve monstrérique) (2004) et The arockalypse (L'arockalypse) (2006). La compilation The Monster Show (Le spectacle des monstres) est également sorti dans une vingtaine de pays. Les Lordi décrivent leur esthétique comme inspirée des films d'horreur. Plus le film fait peur, meilleur il est. Selon eux la musique rock n'est autre chose que du jeu.
